Imagination in Action
For Grades 1-2
Take 1, 2, or 3 weeks!
Theater can ignite the imagination, inspire creativity and fuel self-expression like nothing else. Teaching artist Leah Page will channel students’ natural energy and vitality into creative thinking, team work, and performance skills through theater games, songs and devising original material. Building self-confidence, theater and life skills, all the while having great fun!
WEEK 1 Mon, July 12 – Fri, July 16 9-11am $175
WEEK 2 Mon, July 19 – Fri, July 23 9-11am $175
WEEK 3 * Mon, July 26 – Fri, July 30 9-11am $175
*Week 3 is only for students who have taken Weeks 1 and/or 2 this summer.
A 15% discount will be added if you sign up for all three weeks: Three Week Total is $446.25.
Acting Adventures
For Grades 3-5
Take 1, 2, or 3 weeks!
Full or Half Day!
Our most flexible program! In the morning, we offer Acting classes (everything from ensemble-building to mask work, stage combat, Viewpoints, and musical theater - and lots in between). Then in the afternoon, we offer Theater Arts and Design, where students create their own props, set designs, puppets, masks, and costume pieces. Addie Barnhart and Kip Taisey teach Acting; Morgan Eckert and Tara Giordano teach Theater Arts and Design – all of them are at the top of their game, ready to inspire and ignite the artist within. Join us for the morning, the afternoon, or both!

Three Week Total is $637.50 for Half Day and $1020 for Full Day.
Acting Explorations
Grades 6-8
Take 1, 2, or 3 weeks!
Want professional theater training of the highest caliber? Spend all day at TRTC! Students spend half the day sharpening theater skills and the other half actually creating their own work. Not only will students rigorously train in the fine art of performance, they will also dive into theater design: creating their own sets, masks, puppets, props and costume designs. Addie Barnhart and Kip Taisey teach Acting; Morgan Eckert and Tara Giordano teach Theater Arts and Design – all of them are at the top of their game, ready to inspire and ignite the artist within. New and returning students are in for some genuine surprises!

Middle School Performance Track
Grades 6-8
3 Week Program
Want to work with us all three weeks and create and perform an original play? This program includes Theater Arts and Design class in the morning, and rehearsal for an ensemble-based performance in the afternoon, directed by Adrienne Kapstein,
Co-Artistic Director of the critically acclaimed international ensemble SaBooge Theatre. Students will create their own play adapted from one of our productions for next season… can you guess which one?
All participating students must audition the week of July 5.
All registered auditioning students will be cast. More information on the audition will be posted here in May 2010, and emailed to registered students

Performances on Saturday, July 31 @ 11am & 4pm
High School Performance Track
Grades 9-12
3 Week Program
Find your voice in the collaborative process, as this program takes you where no other high school theater program will! Advanced theater skills are developed as students leap into creation, rehearsal and performance of their own original adaptation of a classic play. Adrienne Kapstein, Co-Artistic Director of the critically acclaimed international ensemble SaBooge Theatre,directs this extraordinary production through physical story telling, music, Lecoq training and mask work. Challenging and fun, this program creates a tight-knit ensemble and an outstanding performance.
All participating students must audition the week of July 5. All registered auditioning students will be cast. More information on the audition will be posted here in May 2010, and emailed to registered students.
Monday, July 12 - Friday, July 30 6-9pm $850
Performances will be on Saturday, July 31 @ 2 and 7pm

Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are limited.
TRTC EDU Payment Policies:
Each registration form must be accompanied by full payment, $75 of which is non-refundable.

All accounts must be paid in full by July 9, 2010.
There is a $35 fee for returned checks.
TRTC EDU Refund Policy:
- A FULL tuition refund will be granted prior to April 30, 2010,
minus $75 non-refundable deposit.
- A 50% tuition refund will be granted prior to June 1, 2010.
- A 25 % tuition refund will be granted prior to July 1, 2010.
- No refunds will be granted after July 1, 2010.
