Neo-Futurist Performance Workshops

Grades 9 - 12

We are thrilled to offer workshops with Chicago’s world-famous experimental theater company The Neo-Futurists, in town performing their award-winning Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind at TRTC!  Check them out at neofuturists.org.

A hands-on workshop in renegade theater, where you create performances from your own life experiences.  This workshop challenges all creative thinkers to break their own boundaries and expand their voices - to shout at brick walls and then run right through them. Dancers, poets, performance artists, actors, clowns, political satirists, improvisers, ex-cons and future U.N. diplomats all have a place in the Neo-Futurist Performance Workshop.

Neo-Futurist Performance Workshops

Week 1          Mon. July 14 - Fri. July 18                   2-5pm                  $300

Week 2          Mon. July 21 – Fri. July 25                  2-5pm                  $300
