Open Captioning
This system translates the dialogue of the play into print. Open captioning is offered for select performances in TRTC's Theater Series.
Audio Description
A trained Audio Describer offers live commentary or narration (via headphones and a small transmitter) consisting of concise, objective descriptions of visual elements. Audio description is offered for select performances in TRTC's Theater Series.
Wheelchair Accessible
TRTC has wheelchair access to the Box Office, auditorium, and restrooms.
Assistive Listening
This system transmits amplified sound via headsets which are available for pickup at the Box Office prior to performances. The Box Office would be happy to place a headset on hold for you if you request one at the time of your purchase.
American Sign Language Interpretation
Professional ASL interpreters sign the play's dialogue from a location downstage of the action. Special seating accomodations are made so that patrons are as close to the interpreters as possible. ASL Interpretation is offered for select performances in TRTC's Theater Series. Reservations are recommended.
Large Print Programs
TRTC offers playbills where the text is greater than 18pt for each of its Audio Described performances. To request Large Print versions of playbills for other performances, please contact the Box Office.
